Pricing

As seen on the Book Now page that is the base price. Prices may increase with flavour, difficulty of design and quantity of colours needed. I do not do quantity discounts-each cookie is handmade and decorated fresh for you. The price initially paid is a deposit on your order and will be counted towards the total balance which is due upon pick up or date of shipping. If an additional charge is required you will be sent an invoice via Stripe.

Packaging

Each of my sugar cookies come individually heat sealed to ensure maximum freshness. Labels on each cookie and/or box state the variety and known allergens. Orders are placed inside bakery boxes for easier transport.

Availability

When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that my calendar can fill up quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on my calendar, but completing the scheduling process does. Dates are only reserved when your retainer fee for the order has been paid. Please note that drop cookies take much less time than decorated sugar cookies. Drop cookies need to be ordered no later than 72 hours out from your event. Decorated sugar cookies need to be ordered no later than 2 weeks out from your event.

Quotes

I am happy to give quotes on orders. Feel free to send me inspiration pictures or ideas. I do 𝗻𝗼𝘁 offer copyrighted images and/or characters. I also will not exactly replicate another baker’s work.

Placing an Order

Booking through the scheduling system you will need to complete a cookie order form. Your retainer fee will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be refunded but can be transferable to a different date. Orders placed less than 2 weeks before event date will require 100% payment up front and may be subject to a 25% rush fee.

Payment Options

Payments may be made using cash, credit card (Stripe), or bank draft - no exceptions. I do not accept personal checks, Venmo, PayPal or any other payment methods.

Change an Order

Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates may be requested. I will do my best to accommodate your request. All changes must be requested no later than 2 weeks before your event and may be subject to additional fees.

Cancel an Order

Canceled orders will be given credit for the amount paid, which will be good for 6 months following cancellation date. No refunds will be given for canceled orders. Orders canceled one week or closer to event will receive no credit. If I must cancel an order due to emergency, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your order, all uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours to assess their condition and determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

Delivery and Pick up

Orders may be delivered for a fee, or they may be picked up at my house. I will deliver to Calgary and the immediate surrounding area. If you choose to pick up your order, I will provide my address when scheduling pickup time. You may send someone in your place, but please let me know who to expect. Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. My schedule is busy and although I work from home, I do not have time to wait on you. Reach out if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. If your pickup time has passed by 30 minutes, I will reach out once. I will reach out a second time at the end of the day of pickup. I will reach out a third and final time 24 hours after your pickup time has passed. Failure to respond or reach out to me after 72 hours results in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued.

Order Release and Cookie Care

Once you have left with your order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cookies are fragile and it is important to handle them with care. Payment of your retainer indicates that you agree and comply with the above terms and conditions. A copy will be emailed to you as well.
